Advertiser Terms
The publisher shall not be held liable for damages arising out of errors in advertisements beyond the cost for the advertising space in which the error occurred, regardless of fault or blame. Likewise, the publisher shall not be liable for non-insertion of any advertisement beyond the amount paid for such advertisement(s).
Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all content of advertisements printed and are responsible for any claims arising there from against the publisher.
All advertisements and materials become the property of the publisher. Materials to be returned should be marked.
All advertisements are subject to approval by the publisher. Publisher reserves the right to reject or refuse any advertisement on any grounds without explanation. The words' paid advertisement' or 'advertorial' may appear on any advertisement without prior notice.
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to notify the publisher within seven (7) days of publication of any errors in the advertisement.
Unless a credit account has been established, 50% of the cost is due upon signing and 50% is due upon publication.
The publisher is not bound by any conditions, printed or otherwise, on contracts or copy instructions if they conflict with the policies covered above or in the printed rate card.
